Other studies also show that drinking enough water each day can boost the number of calories that your body burn by up to 30 percent.
4. You have an underlying medical condition
Some medical conditions can lead to weight gain or limit the effectiveness of a weight loss program. Conditions such as polycystic ovarian syndrome, hypothyroidism, and even sleep apnea will make it harder for some people to lose weight. Some forms of medications can also have the same effect and hence making your diet plan or weight loss program ineffective.

Most people that want to lose some weight will be keen enough to exercise for at least one hour each day.
